The general membership of the PTO gathers together three (3) times a year.
PTO members are welcome to
contact
the PTO president to be placed on the general membership meeting agendas.
The PTO Executive Committee takes action on matters that require attention
between meetings. It handles emergencies as they arise and carries on the
specific functions as assigned by the bylaws. The Chester Township PTO
Executive Committee meets every month.
PTO members are able to approach the Executive Committee with their concerns
by contacting the President and asking to be placed on the agenda.
